- Clausen Landscaping donated and planted an Ash tree in Tyler’s memory. It is the only deciduous tree providing shade along the route to the practice fields. Under the tree, the Caruso family donated a bench to St. Charles East High School where players can sit while adjusting cleats or other prep for practice.

- The brass plaque is located behind the bench and under the tree. The plaque has a replica of Tyler’s football photo with a phrase of his accomplishments.

- Tyler’s friends release the opening ceremony balloons at the STCE Walk for Tyler, organized by Bill and Jean Bacarella.
